How does your family handle talking with your kids about money? When I was growing up, the subject was taboo; all I knew was that my dad made it, the kids and mom spent it – end of story! However, helping our kids today understand and embrace the concepts of cash, credit and consumerism is not only possible, but will help them build a strong sense of financial responsibility –which will help them live happier, fuller lives as they get older.
